I was asked recently if I worry less about my children now that they are older. Without hesitation, the answer was a solid no. Sorry to report my friends, the worry just increases with age.

Soaking up Vitamin D to prevent Alzheimer’s brings with it another concern, skin cancer. It’s all about balance.

Reflecting on 2023 and looking forward to 2024. Just taking a moment to take it all in and count my blessings.
